Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve Independence, MO and the Independence area and handle AC repair, furnace repair, or replacement. Think of it like a good neighbor. You show up, explain things clearly, and treat the house with respect.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Run your own licensed and insured business
• Work in homes with full basements, older frame construction, bungalows or ranch layouts
• Can handle seasonal swings, from deep-frost winters to humid summers and storm damage
• Communicate in plain words, especially with first-time homeowners

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us confused and often stressed. We ask providers to:

• Give clear, written estimates
• Explain options without pressure
• Be honest about repair versus replacement
• Help document damage when a homeowner needs records
• Follow all local rules for licensing and permits

You stay responsible for your work, your pricing and your own insurance.
