How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who You Will Talk To

You will speak with an independent HVAC provider in our network. Partsbobby Heating & Air is a referral service, so we do not employ the people who come to your home. Each provider runs their own business.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Think of it like a doctor's front desk. They gather the basics first, so the visit goes smoothly.

You describe the problem. A provider may ask about the age of your system, what you hear or smell, and when it started. Then you talk about timing and next steps. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies, so ask directly.

Have Your Notes Ready

Notes before nerves. A few minutes of preparation helps a lot:

  • Photos of the unit and its label
  • The date the trouble began
  • Sounds, smells or error lights
  • Any past repair records you have

What to Ask a Provider

If this is your first time, here are simple questions to start with:

  • Will you give me a written estimate before work starts?
  • What is included, and what could change the price?
  • Is the repair worth it, or should I think about replacement?
  • What licensing and insurance do you carry?
  • How long will the work take?

Typical costs vary widely by job and home. Ask for it written so you can compare.

Before the Visit

Clear a path to the indoor unit and the outdoor unit if you can. Move boxes, toys and clutter out of the way. Let the provider know about pets, gate codes or tight spaces. Small details like these help the visit run smoothly and keep your home safe.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask questions, get more than one estimate, and take time to decide. A good provider will not rush you.
