How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Partsbobby Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when contacting Partsbobby Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Like a plumber you hired from a neighborhood notice board, each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Partsbobby Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Making Your Complaint

Email contact@partsbobby.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help as well.
